Ah, what a Christmas ball it was!

On December 21, the Youth Parliament of Narva organized a "Christmas Ball" for the pupils of the city. Dancers from different schools of the city gathered in the hall of the Rugodiv Palace of Culture. Beautiful girls and gallant gentlemen waltzed with pleasure, played and took part in original and funny competitions. Payu school was represented by two couples: Saveliy Karasev and Natalya Sidorova, who received the diplomas "King and Queen of Dance" and "The Most Charming Couple" - Daniel Frolov and Alisa Kayava.

"Christmas Wreath" at Paju School

According to tradition, in the last days of December, a game is held at the Pai school on the stations "Christmas wreath". This year, the children were able to make several souvenirs, New Year cards, recall Estonian traditions of celebrating Christmas, dance and play outside. At each station, the teachers were assisted by representatives of the Dela School Council. During these days, fun and a real festive mood reigned in the school!

December 13 is the first day of a large international project "European Cultural Heritage Out of the classrooms (E.C.H.O.)". On the eve of Christmas, teachers and students from Italy, Spain, and Poland arrived at the school in Pai. This is the third meeting under this project. In Narva we study national traditions, costumes, games. And our famous souvenirs and piparkookas, dances and games will make these days memorable!
